Kevin is a seasoned medical device executive with a career that has taken him from the production floor as a Manufacturing Engineer to a Vice President with strategic responsibilities in the global marketplace.

During his 30 years’ experience with innovative organizations such as Boston Scientific Corporation, Guidant and Acist Medical, he has successfully delivered over 25 new products to market or clinical evaluation. The extensive product portfolio demonstrates his passion for collaboration and the trust he has earned interfacing with other functional areas such as: sales, marketing, training, regulatory, quality, operations and human resources.  He has provided leadership direction to: Research, Engineering, Program Management and Clinical Science organizations, developing, motivating and eliciting performance from both internal and external relationships.

Ken Hobson, Vice President of Sales

Ken brings more than 15 years of sales and marketing to the Beacon Performance Group. In that time, he's also been a leading sales executive for training in the pharmaceutical industry, selling and managing training engagements for audiences exceeding 5,000 representatives. Clients served include Merck, Abbott, Bayer, Amgen, Shire, Endo, Siemens, AstraZeneca, Pfizer and GSK, to name a few. Ken has also worked in the commercial real estate industry representing the largest data services firm providing detailed commercial information to appraisers, owners, developers, brokers, and lenders.

What I find exciting about our approach is that provide our clients a 360 degrees visibility of performance. Our real-time human performance data system helps us identify performance "blind spots" and create a training approach that aligns with key priorities and mitigates risk. We mine topics, approaches and practices not discovered in standard methods, giving our clients a distinct advantage."

As a core member of the Beacon team, Peter is the Chief Learning Officer at Mindsuite Metrics bringing expertise in organizational learning Project analysis and execution, instructional design, priority alignment and execution and educational performance metrics.

For the past 20 years, he has been a sought after resource for organizations in the private and public sectors for his expertise in the areas of developing performance capabilities, progressive learning strategies, process improvement; on-the-job training, project leadership, data analytics, organization culture and technology enabled learning initiatives.

Peter has enjoyed success in corporate, nonprofit, and municipal organizations, with industry leaders such as; Wegmans Food Markets, Lowe's Home Improvement, General Motors, Procter & Gamble, Solo Cup, Kroger, Rochester City School District, Strong Memorial Hospital, and several learning institutions throughout the United States.

Peter has served in several international and local organizations, including; Institute of Industrial Engineering (President), The Boys and Girls Clubs of America (Executive Board Member), Strong Memorial Hospital, GVCC Diversity Board (Current Director), and of the Promise Company, a non-profit organization championing the educational needs of hospitalized children.
