ALIGN: We use large scale analytics to align leadership and key stakeholders on the performance improvement opportunities that exist within the organization or community.  We then use proven front end analysis to create the learning objectives that when achieved will move the performance needle.

DEVELOP:  We use the information gained in our alignment and analysis process to do two important things;  one is design effective, relevant learning, the second is to determine the best delivery method.

We are versed in all forms of instructional design methods; asynchronous like recorded webinars and e-learning modules, Synchronous, like Virtual and in-person facilitated learning sessions, and embedded like Peer Mentor (Train-the-Trainer) and On-the-job training methods.   No matter what method, our training is relevant, engaging and simple to apply.

All of our programs are SCORM and ASCII compliant, and are developed and reviewed by certified instructional designers.  This ensures that your programs will resonate with your employees and meet the needs of your organization.

Our Development process includes:     Pre-training/Post-training Interactive on-line sessions,  Facilitator-led sessions with leader guides, On-demand job training guides, and quick reference guides and videos
