EDUCATION

As a Student, Parent, Teacher, or Administrator is one of unique challenges. Are the students buying into what the teacher is saying? Is there a positive culture between Teacher and administrators? Do the parents feel informed and involved in their child's education. These are but a few of the challenges that face us in schools today. Through our unique tool we can decipher within hours where there may be gaps or culture issues that are interfering with our end goal of educating our youth. Once we determine where the challenges or blind spots are we can develop change management or training initiatives to bridge the gap.

Example of modules we have developed for educational use:

  • Induction Programs

  • Relationships

  • Mental Health Awareness

  • Team Building

  • Creating a positive culture

CASE STUDY

The school board of a major east coast metropolitan city wanted to clearly understand what a terrific student teacher interaction looks like. We worked with them and by utilizing Appreciative Inquiry techniques we captured stories, organized them into thematic buckets (so that they could be easily shared) with everyone. The goal was to enable more and more of these terrific experiences through understanding. TDSB turned to the MIndSuite technology and found their solution quickly and easily and the colorful stories were captured and put to work in a positive way.

MEDICAL

The Pharmaceutical and Med-Device Industries have undergone sweeping changes over the last few years. Between legislation, Health Care Reform and the challenge to separate your company from your competitors creates an extremely demanding environment. Businesses must take smart action to ensure quality of care and value for patients while strengthening their position for long-term success.  We know skills like analytics, product development cycle and customer facing abilities are but a few of strengths that can separate you from the rest. With decades of pharmaceutical and med-device experience plus and our Human GPS tool, we can decipher within hours where there may be chasms or culture issues. Once we determine where the challenges or blind spots are we can develop change management or training initiatives to bridge the gap.

CASE STUDY

Project lead on a system wide ongoing engagement initiative with a major western health care organization. The application has included multiple internal assessments on engagement with Pulse follow ups and stakeholder satisfaction with escalation protocols (when client/customer/citizen expectation is not met) where the information is automatically forwarded to specific higher level team members for follow up).

This information is then examined using GPS technology to fully understand interrelationships, causal factors and the impact of internal leadership initiatives. In addition, the information was used foundationally while developing and implementing the strategic plan.

During 2016 we engaged 582,522 individuals in the program. This included both employees and customers/clients.  Due to our unique model, the participation rates were significantly higher than the norm for these engagement-types, with corresponding result rates.

The data collection was captured by the GPS system and analyzed both using the online dashboard as well as internally cross reference to performance data. This process results in faster response and a reduced paper trail involvement.  In addition, the senior team received regular debriefs and updates on the changing environment and the impact of the data.
